> When a dispute is referred for determination by the Commission, the President may deal with the dispute under Part 5 (Expedited assessment) if the dispute is one to which that Part applies, and may defer determination of a dispute by the Commission while the dispute is being dealt with under Division 2 or 3 of that Part.
