#### 257 Notice of incapacity, medical etc treatment and damage to property 257 Notice of incapacity, medical etc treatment and damage to property > > (1) The provisions of this Part apply with respect to— > > > > > (a) the giving of notice of incapacity resulting from injury that happens after the worker leaves the employment in which the worker was at the time of the injury, and > > > > > (b) the giving of notice of any medical or related treatment, hospital treatment, workplace rehabilitation service or ambulance service to which Division 3 of Part 3 of the 1987 Act applies, and > > > > > (c) the giving of notice of any damage to property to which Division 5 of Part 3 of the 1987 Act applies, > > > > in the same way as those provisions apply to notice of injury. > > > (2) The particulars required to be given in any such notice are (subject to the regulations) reasonable particulars of the incapacity, of the treatment or service or of the damage to property. > > **s 257:** Ins 2001 No 61, Sch 4.2 \[17\].
