#### 236 Service of notices 236 Service of notices (cf 1926 s 66E; 1987 s 275) > A notice required or authorised to be given to, or served on, a person by or under this Act or the 1987 Act must be in writing and must be given to, or served on, that person— > > > (a) personally or by post, or > > > (b) if a manner of giving or serving the notice is prescribed by or under this Act or the 1987 Act, in the manner so prescribed.
