#### 141 Duty of claimants to comply with requests for information about agents and lawyers 141 Duty of claimants to comply with requests for information about agents and lawyers (cf former s 148K) > > (1) A person who makes a protected claim must comply with a request from the insurer or self-insurer concerned for information as to whether the person made use of the services of an agent or lawyer in respect of the claim and how the person came to make use of those services.
