#### 11 Caddies and others employed through club 11 Caddies and others employed through club (cf former Sch 1 cl 11) > A person (not being a person excluded from being a worker by reason of paragraph (d) of the definition of worker in section 4 (1))— > > > (a) whose employment is of a casual nature, and > > > (b) who is employed otherwise than for the purposes of his or her employer’s trade or business, and > > > (c) who is employed for the purposes of any game or recreation, and > > > (d) who is engaged or paid through a club, > > is, for the purposes of this Act, taken to be a worker employed by the club.
