21 Tenure of CEO

(1) The CEO holds office for such period, not exceeding 5 years, as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for re‑appointment. (2) The CEO holds office, subject to this Part, on such terms and conditions as are determined by the Governor‑General.
