48 Offences—registered person contravene condition of (b) the person contravenes a requirement of the condition. (3) A person commits an offence if— (b) the person contravenes a requirement of the condition; and (c) the person knows, or is reckless about whether, the person is contravening the requirement. (4) Strict liability applies to subsection (3) (a). Note The commissioner may suspend or cancel a person’s registration if the person’s registration is subject to a condition and the person contravenes a requirement of the condition (see s 57 (1)).
