47A Restrictions on reapplying for amendment of conditional (1) This section applies to a person with conditional registration if— (a) the person has applied for an amendment of the person’s registration under section 47; and (b) the commissioner has refused to amend the registration. (2) The person may apply for an amendment of the person’s conditional registration under section 47 only if it is at least 5 years after the day the commissioner refused to amend the registration.
