sec.9 Functions continue not to be usual functions of employment for 28 days
This section applies to a function of employment— that, immediately before the commencement, was stated in schedule 3 of the repealed regulation as a function of employment that is not a usual function of employment for a stated provision of the Act ; and for 28 days after the commencement. For schedule 1 , item 15 of the Act , the function continues not to be a usual function of employment for the stated provision, despite the repeal of the repealed regulation. In this section— repealed regulation means the repealed Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Regulation 2011 . (sec.9-ssec.1) This section applies to a function of employment— that, immediately before the commencement, was stated in schedule 3 of the repealed regulation as a function of employment that is not a usual function of employment for a stated provision of the Act ; and for 28 days after the commencement. (sec.9-ssec.2) For schedule 1 , item 15 of the Act , the function continues not to be a usual function of employment for the stated provision, despite the repeal of the repealed regulation. (sec.9-ssec.3) In this section— repealed regulation means the repealed Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Regulation 2011 .
- (a) that, immediately before the commencement, was stated in schedule 3 of the repealed regulation as a function of employment that is not a usual function of employment for a stated provision of the Act ; and
- (b) for 28 days after the commencement.
