sec.593 Continuing obligation of confidentiality
This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, section 385 applied to a person in relation to particular information; and on the commencement, section 385 does not apply to the person in relation to the information. Former section 385 continues to apply to the person in relation to the information as if the Disability Services and Other Legislation (Worker Screening) Amendment Act 2020 had not been enacted. s 593 ins 2020 No. 39 s 59 (sec.593-ssec.1) This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, section 385 applied to a person in relation to particular information; and on the commencement, section 385 does not apply to the person in relation to the information. (sec.593-ssec.2) Former section 385 continues to apply to the person in relation to the information as if the Disability Services and Other Legislation (Worker Screening) Amendment Act 2020 had not been enacted.
- (a) immediately before the commencement, section 385 applied to a person in relation to particular information; and
- (b) on the commencement, section 385 does not apply to the person in relation to the information.
