sec.588 Continuing obligation of confidentiality
This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, previous section 384 applied to a person in relation to particular information; and on the commencement, section 384 does not apply to the person in relation to the information. Previous section 384 continues to apply to the person in relation to the information as if the amendment Act had not been enacted. s 588 ins 2019 No. 18 s 66 (sec.588-ssec.1) This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, previous section 384 applied to a person in relation to particular information; and on the commencement, section 384 does not apply to the person in relation to the information. (sec.588-ssec.2) Previous section 384 continues to apply to the person in relation to the information as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
