sec.560 Existing application to cancel suspended positive notice or positive exemption notice
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— an application under section 241 or 243 to cancel a person’s suspended positive notice had not been decided or withdrawn; or an application under section 299 to cancel a person’s suspended positive exemption notice had not been decided or withdrawn. The amended Act applies for deciding the application. s 560 ins 2019 No. 18 s 66 (sec.560-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— an application under section 241 or 243 to cancel a person’s suspended positive notice had not been decided or withdrawn; or an application under section 299 to cancel a person’s suspended positive exemption notice had not been decided or withdrawn. (sec.560-ssec.2) The amended Act applies for deciding the application.
