sec.552A Effect of pre-commencement charge for serious offence
For applying this Act in relation to a person the subject of a charge for a serious offence that has not been dealt with on the commencement, the person is taken to have been charged with the offence on the commencement. s 552A ins 2019 No. 18 s 66
