sec.548 Applications and notices
An application made to the PSBA chief executive officer before the commencement that is not decided or withdrawn before the commencement is taken to have been made to the chief executive. A notice issued by the PSBA chief executive officer before the commencement that is still in force on the commencement is taken to have been issued by the chief executive. In this section— PSBA chief executive officer means the chief executive officer under the Public Safety Business Agency Act 2014 , as in force immediately before the commencement. s 548 prev s 548 ins 2014 No. 28 s 90 exp 1 January 2015 (see s 548(4)) pres s 548 ins 2016 No. 43 s 57 (sec.548-ssec.1) An application made to the PSBA chief executive officer before the commencement that is not decided or withdrawn before the commencement is taken to have been made to the chief executive. (sec.548-ssec.2) A notice issued by the PSBA chief executive officer before the commencement that is still in force on the commencement is taken to have been issued by the chief executive. (sec.548-ssec.3) In this section— PSBA chief executive officer means the chief executive officer under the Public Safety Business Agency Act 2014 , as in force immediately before the commencement.
