sec.542 Meaning of current
For this part, a thing is current if, immediately before the commencement— for an application—it had not been finally dealt with; or for a notice or other document or a decision—it was in force or had effect; or for a requirement or request—it had not been complied with. s 542 ins 2014 No. 28 s 90
