sec.541 Definitions for pt 17

In this part— commencement means the time of commencement of the provision in which the term appears. current see section 542. former , in relation to a provision of this Act, means as in force before the commencement. former assistant commissioner means the assistant commissioner under this Act before the commencement. former commission means the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian under this Act before the commencement. former commissioner means the Commissioner for Children and Young People and Child Guardian under this Act before the commencement. s 541 ins 2014 No. 28 s 90
