sec.534 Existing appeal by commissioner against decision of QCAT on review of chapter 8 reviewable decision
This section applies if— before the commencement, the commissioner appealed, under the QCAT Act, against a decision of QCAT relating to a chapter 8 reviewable decision about a person; and at the commencement— the appeal has not been decided; and the person is a new disqualified person. The entity hearing the appeal must apply the amended Act in relation to the matter the subject of the appeal. s 534 ins 2013 No. 14 s 4 (sec.534-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the commissioner appealed, under the QCAT Act, against a decision of QCAT relating to a chapter 8 reviewable decision about a person; and at the commencement— the appeal has not been decided; and the person is a new disqualified person. (sec.534-ssec.2) The entity hearing the appeal must apply the amended Act in relation to the matter the subject of the appeal.
