sec.526 Current positive exemption notice for person other than new relevant disqualified person
This section applies if— before the commencement a person held a positive exemption notice; and immediately before the commencement the notice was current; and at the commencement the person is not a new relevant disqualified person. At the commencement the amended Act applies to the positive exemption notice. s 526 ins 2013 No. 14 s 4 (sec.526-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement a person held a positive exemption notice; and immediately before the commencement the notice was current; and at the commencement the person is not a new relevant disqualified person. (sec.526-ssec.2) At the commencement the amended Act applies to the positive exemption notice.
