sec.524 Other existing exemption notice applications
This section applies if— before the commencement an exemption notice application was made about a person; and immediately before the commencement the application had not been decided or withdrawn; and section 522 or 523 does not apply. At the commencement the commissioner must decide the application under the amended Act. Also, the commissioner may only act under section 283 or 284 if the commissioner has acted under section 286 or 287 after the commencement. s 524 ins 2013 No. 14 s 4 (sec.524-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement an exemption notice application was made about a person; and immediately before the commencement the application had not been decided or withdrawn; and section 522 or 523 does not apply. (sec.524-ssec.2) At the commencement the commissioner must decide the application under the amended Act. (sec.524-ssec.3) Also, the commissioner may only act under section 283 or 284 if the commissioner has acted under section 286 or 287 after the commencement.
- (a) before the commencement an exemption notice application was made about a person; and

- (c) section 522 or 523 does not apply.
