sec.518 Other existing prescribed notice applications
This section applies if— before the commencement a prescribed notice application had been made about a person; and immediately before the commencement the application had not been decided or withdrawn; and section 516 or 517 does not apply. At the commencement the commissioner must decide the application under the amended Act. s 518 ins 2013 No. 14 s 4 (sec.518-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement a prescribed notice application had been made about a person; and immediately before the commencement the application had not been decided or withdrawn; and section 516 or 517 does not apply. (sec.518-ssec.2) At the commencement the commissioner must decide the application under the amended Act.
