sec.515 Existing application for reversal of decision refusing an eligibility declaration
This section applies if— before the commencement a person had made an application under section 186(2) to the commissioner; and immediately before the commencement the application had not been decided. At the commencement the amended Act applies and the commissioner may decide the application under the amended Act. s 515 ins 2013 No. 14 s 4 (sec.515-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement a person had made an application under section 186(2) to the commissioner; and immediately before the commencement the application had not been decided. (sec.515-ssec.2) At the commencement the amended Act applies and the commissioner may decide the application under the amended Act.
- (a) before the commencement a person had made an application under section 186(2) to the commissioner; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement the application had not been decided.
