sec.497 Dealing with information
Information obtained by the commissioner under part 6 of the unamended Act is taken to have been obtained under chapter 8. Without limiting subsection (1), section 345 applies to the information as if the reference to using the information under chapter 8 in the section included a reference to using the information under part 6 of the unamended Act. s 497 ins 2010 No. 5 s 64 (sec.497-ssec.1) Information obtained by the commissioner under part 6 of the unamended Act is taken to have been obtained under chapter 8. (sec.497-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1), section 345 applies to the information as if the reference to using the information under chapter 8 in the section included a reference to using the information under part 6 of the unamended Act.
