sec.474 Existing negative notices
A negative notice issued under section 102(2)(b) of the unamended Act that is current under the unamended Act immediately before the commencement is taken to be a negative notice issued under section 220(b). For subsection (1), the 2 year period mentioned in section 236(3) runs from the date the negative notice was issued under section 102(2)(b) of the unamended Act. s 474 ins 2010 No. 5 s 64 (sec.474-ssec.1) A negative notice issued under section 102(2)(b) of the unamended Act that is current under the unamended Act immediately before the commencement is taken to be a negative notice issued under section 220(b). (sec.474-ssec.2) For subsection (1), the 2 year period mentioned in section 236(3) runs from the date the negative notice was issued under section 102(2)(b) of the unamended Act.
