sec.395 Reports by chief executive

The chief executive may provide the Minister with a report relating to the administration of this Act, including the performance and exercise of the chief executive’s functions and powers under this Act. The chief executive must provide the Minister with a report of a type mentioned in subsection (1) if the Minister asks for it. A report under this section— may relate to matters generally or to a particular matter; or may include confidential information about a person obtained under chapter 8 or 8A , including— protected information under section 384 ; and confidential information to which section 385 applies.
