sec.372 Person asks for notice other than in writing
This section applies if the person asks the chief executive not to notify the person by written notice but to use another way of communication. The chief executive must communicate with the person in the requested way, to the extent it is reasonable for the chief executive to do so, instead of giving the written notice. s 372 (prev s 142) renum 2010 No. 5 s 56 (3) sch 2 amdt 80 amd 2014 No. 28 s 72 (sec.372-ssec.1) This section applies if the person asks the chief executive not to notify the person by written notice but to use another way of communication.
