sec.370C Dealing with information obtained under part
The chief executive may do the following with documents obtained under this part— keep the documents for the period necessary for the chief executive to perform the function under section 8 (b) of auditing or monitoring compliance with this Act; make copies of, or take extracts from, the documents. If the chief executive has possession of the documents, the chief executive must permit a person, who would be entitled to inspect the documents if the chief executive did not have possession, to inspect the documents at all reasonable times. s 370C ins 2024 No. 50 s 111 (sec.370C-ssec.1) The chief executive may do the following with documents obtained under this part— keep the documents for the period necessary for the chief executive to perform the function under section 8 (b) of auditing or monitoring compliance with this Act; make copies of, or take extracts from, the documents. (sec.370C-ssec.2) If the chief executive has possession of the documents, the chief executive must permit a person, who would be entitled to inspect the documents if the chief executive did not have possession, to inspect the documents at all reasonable times.
