sec.365 Children giving evidence
This section applies if, in a proceeding for a QCAT child-related employment review— a child is giving evidence; and section 367 does not apply. Only the following persons may be present while the child gives evidence— the constituting members; the child’s support person if the child has a support person and agrees to that person’s presence. s 365 (prev s 128H) ins 2009 No. 24 s 37 amd 2010 No. 5 s 56 (3) sch 2 amdt 71 renum 2010 No. 5 s 56 (3) sch 2 amdt 80 (sec.365-ssec.1) This section applies if, in a proceeding for a QCAT child-related employment review— a child is giving evidence; and section 367 does not apply. (sec.365-ssec.2) Only the following persons may be present while the child gives evidence— the constituting members; the child’s support person if the child has a support person and agrees to that person’s presence.
- (a) a child is giving evidence; and
- (b) section 367 does not apply.

- (b) the child’s support person if the child has a support person and agrees to that person’s presence.
