sec.348A Requirement to return replaced card
This section applies to a person who holds a working with children card (the replaced card ) if the chief executive issues the person a further working with children card. The person must give the replaced card to the chief executive within 7 days after the further working with children card is issued, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
