sec.344AAA Definition for division
In this division— prescribed entity means an entity that— is prescribed by regulation for this division; and has entered into an arrangement with the chief executive to give the chief executive information under section 344AAB . s 344AAA ins 2024 No. 50 s 98
- (a) is prescribed by regulation for this division; and
- (b) has entered into an arrangement with the chief executive to give the chief executive information under section 344AAB .
