sec.315 Police commissioner to notify person about investigative information given about the person
If the police commissioner gives investigative information about a person to the chief executive under this division, the police commissioner must give notice, in the approved form, to the person that— the police commissioner has decided that information about the person is investigative information; and investigative information has been given to the chief executive. s 315 ins 2010 No. 5 s 58 amd 2014 No. 28 s 55
- (a) the police commissioner has decided that information about the person is investigative information; and
- (b) investigative information has been given to the chief executive.
