sec.304P Requirement to return cancelled card
This section applies to a person if the chief executive gives the person a written notice that states the person’s working with children authority is cancelled. The person must give the person’s working with children card for the authority to the chief executive immediately after the chief executive gives the notice, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
