sec.304O Requirement to return suspended card
This section applies to a person if the chief executive gives the person a written notice that states the person’s working with children authority is suspended. The person must return the person’s working with children card for the authority to the chief executive immediately after the notice is given to the person, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
