sec.304J Chief executive may act on own initiative or application
The chief executive may decide to— act under this division on the chief executive’s own initiative; or if a person applies to cancel the person’s negative notice under section 304G —act under section 304K or 304L instead of cancelling the person’s negative notice under section 304G . s 304J ins 2019 No. 18 s 48
- (a) act under this division on the chief executive’s own initiative; or
