sec.246G Issue of card
The chief executive must issue— if the chief executive decides to issue a person a working with children clearance—a working with children card for the clearance to the person; or if the chief executive decides to issue a person a working with children exemption—a working with children card for the exemption to the person. s 246G ins 2024 No. 50 s 56
