sec.246 Consent to give information not provided
If a person does not consent to the chief executive giving information under section 245 (3) , the chief executive must not— refer the risk assessment, or any aspect of the risk assessment, to an advisory committee; or give the information to an advisory committee. s 246 prev s 246 ins 2010 No. 5 s 58 amd 2014 No. 28 s 55 om 2019 No. 18 s 38 pres s 246 ins 2024 No. 50 s 56
- (a) refer the risk assessment, or any aspect of the risk assessment, to an advisory committee; or
- (b) give the information to an advisory committee.
