sec.18C Meaning of negative notice
A negative notice is a declaration, issued by the chief executive to a person, that indicates— screening of the person has been undertaken under this Act; and the person is not authorised to engage in regulated employment or carry on a regulated business. s 18C ins 2024 No. 50 s 37
- (a) screening of the person has been undertaken under this Act; and
- (b) the person is not authorised to engage in regulated employment or carry on a regulated business.
