sec.176H Definitions for division
In this division— restricted employment means employment that is not regulated employment under— section 156 (3) or (4) ; or schedule 1 , section 6A (3) (a) or (b) . s 176H def restricted employment amd 2024 No. 50 s 40 (1) restricted person means a person who— holds a negative notice; or holds a working with children authority that is suspended; or is a disqualified person and does not hold a working with children authority; or has been charged with a disqualifying offence the proceeding for which has not ended; or is the subject of an adverse interstate WWC decision that is in effect. s 176H def restricted person amd 2024 No. 50 s 40 (2) s 176H ins 2019 No. 18 s 17 amd 2020 No. 39 s 35 ; 2022 No. 7 s 100
- (a) section 156 (3) or (4) ; or
- (b) schedule 1 , section 6A (3) (a) or (b) .
- (a) holds a negative notice; or
- (b) holds a working with children authority that is suspended; or
- (c) is a disqualified person and does not hold a working with children authority; or
- (d) has been charged with a disqualifying offence the proceeding for which has not ended; or
- (e) is the subject of an adverse interstate WWC decision that is in effect.
