sec.14 Executive officers of a corporation carrying on a regulated business

This section applies in relation to a corporation that carries on, or proposes to carry on, a regulated business. For this Act, a person is taken to be carrying on, or proposing to carry on, the regulated business by being, or proposing to be, an executive officer of the corporation.
