sec.12A Matters about employment relating to State educational institutions
This section applies if a person is employed at a State educational institution. For this Act, the principal of the State educational institution and the chief executive of the department in which the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 is administered are employing the person. s 12A ins 2024 No. 50 s 33 (sec.12A-ssec.1) This section applies if a person is employed at a State educational institution.
