sch.1-sec.6A Disability work

Employment is regulated employment if the usual functions of the employment include providing disability services to a child or children with disability. Employment is regulated employment if the usual functions of the employment— include carrying out risk-assessed NDIS work for an NDIS service provider in relation to a child or children with disability; and are to be carried out— as an employee of an NDIS service provider; or at a place where an NDIS service provider provides NDIS supports or services to a child or children with disability. Employment mentioned in subsection (1) or (2) is not regulated employment if— the employee is a person with disability at a place who receives disability services or NDIS supports or services at the place; or the employee— is a secondary school student on work experience; and carries out risk-assessed NDIS work or provides disability services only under the direct supervision of a person who holds a working with children authority; or the employee is a volunteer at a place who— is a relative of a person who receives disability services or NDIS supports or services at the place; and is at the place only to help with the care of the person. (sch.1-sec.6A-ssec.2) Employment is regulated employment if the usual functions of the employment— include carrying out risk-assessed NDIS work for an NDIS service provider in relation to a child or children with disability; and are to be carried out— as an employee of an NDIS service provider; or at a place where an NDIS service provider provides NDIS supports or services to a child or children with disability.
