sch.1-sec.20 Religious representatives
A business is a regulated business if the usual activities of the business include, or are likely to include, a religious representative— providing services, as a religious representative, directed mainly towards or involving children; or conducting activities, as a religious representative, directed mainly towards or involving children. sch 1 s 20 (prev sch 1 s 12) ins 2004 No. 49 s 50 (7) renum 2010 No. 5 s 65 (28)
