sch.1-sec.2 Schools—boarding facilities
Employment is regulated employment if— any of the usual functions of the employment is carried out, or is likely to be carried out, inside a boarding facility at a school; and the employee is not an approved teacher. sch 1 s 2 amd 2010 No. 5 s 65 (3)
- (a) any of the usual functions of the employment is carried out, or is likely to be carried out, inside a boarding facility at a school; and
- (b) the employee is not an approved teacher.
