sch.1-sec.16A Disability work
A business is a regulated business if the usual activities of the business include, or are likely to include— providing disability services to a child or children with disability; or providing NDIS supports or services to a child or children with disability. sch 1 s 16A ins 2020 No. 39 s 63
- (a) providing disability services to a child or children with disability; or
- (b) providing NDIS supports or services to a child or children with disability.
