> > (1) *\[Section 93 Subsection (1) amended by No. 16 of 1995, s. 91 and Sched. 1 \]*Where a dependant of a deceased worker is of the opinion that –
> >
> > > > (a) on account of variation of the circumstances of the various dependants of the deceased worker; or
> > >
> > > > (b) for any other sufficient cause –

> > a determination made by the Tribunal under [section 68](#GS68@EN) as to the apportionment among the several dependants of the deceased worker of any compensation should be varied, that party may refer the matter to the Tribunal.

> > (2) *\[Section 93 Subsection (2) amended by No. 16 of 1995, s. 91 and Sched. 1 \]*Where a matter is referred to the Tribunal under [subsection (1)](#GS93@Gs1@EN) , the Tribunal may, where no sum has been paid to any of the dependants of the deceased worker in accordance with a determination made by it under [section 68](#GS68@EN) , vary the determination formerly made by it in such manner as it considers just and reasonable in the circumstances.
