84A Re-crediting of sick leave during incapacity

[Section 84A Inserted by No. 65 of 2004, s. 25, Applied:17 Dec 2004] Notwithstanding section 69(4)(a) , if a worker takes sick leave for a period and his or her employer is subsequently found to be liable to pay weekly payments for that period –

(a) the period is taken to be a period during which the worker was receiving weekly payments; and

(b) the worker's accrued entitlement to sick leave is to be amended to take that period into account.
