### 84A Re-crediting of sick leave during incapacity > [*\[Section 84A Inserted by No. 65 of 2004, s. 25, Applied:17 Dec 2004\]*](/view/html/inforce/2004-12-17/act-2004-065#GS25@EN) Notwithstanding [section 69(4)(a)](#GS69@Gs4@Hpa@EN) , if a worker takes sick leave for a period and his or her employer is subsequently found to be liable to pay weekly payments for that period – > > > > (a) the period is taken to be a period during which the worker was receiving weekly payments; and > > > > > (b) the worker's accrued entitlement to sick leave is to be amended to take that period into account.
