### 81AC Tribunal may order compensation to be paid if employer taken to have accepted liability
> [*\[Section 81AC Inserted by No. 85 of 2009, s. 33, Applied:01 Jul 2010\]*](/view/html/inforce/2010-07-01/act-2009-085#GS33@EN) If, under [section 81AB](#GS81AB@EN) , an employer is taken to have accepted liability in respect of a claim for compensation in relation to an injury to a worker, the Tribunal may make one or more of the following orders in relation to the employer:

> > > (a) order the employer to make weekly payments in respect of the worker from the date determined by the Tribunal;
> >
> > > (b) order the employer to pay the costs of an expense payable under [Division 2](#HPVI@HD2@EN) of [Part VI](#HPVI@EN) in respect of the injury.
