81AB Failure to dispute liability
[Section 81AB Inserted by No. 48 of 1996, s. 15 ][Section 81AB Amended by No. 99 of 2000, s. 53, Applied:01 Jul 2001] Where an employer has received a claim for compensation in relation to an injury to a worker employed by the employer and the employer does not, in accordance with section 81A , dispute liability to pay compensation, the employer is taken to have accepted liability in respect of that claim.
