80Employer to whom notice to be given

### 80 Employer to whom notice to be given > The employer to whom notice of death of, or notice of injury to, a worker referred to in [section 78](#GS78@EN) [(1)](#GS78@Gs1@EN) is to be given is the employer who last employed the worker in the employment to the nature of which the relevant disease was due, and the notice may be given notwithstanding that the worker has voluntarily left his employment.
