### 79 Information to be supplied
> > (1) [*\[Section 79 Subsection (1) amended by No. 42 of 2007, s. 25, Applied:31 Oct 2007\]*](/view/html/inforce/2007-10-31/act-2007-042#GS25@EN) A worker referred to in [subsection (1)](#GS78@Gs1@EN) of [section 78](#GS78@EN) shall, on demand by an employer referred to in that subsection, furnish that employer with such information as is within his knowledge as to the name and address of any employer who may be liable, pursuant to [subsection (2)](#GS78@Gs2@EN) or [(2A)](#GS78@Gs2A@EN) of that section, to make a contribution.

> > (2) A worker to whom [subsection (1)](#GS79@Gs1@EN) applies who fails to comply with that subsection is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
