> > (1) If an accredited medical practitioner ceases on a particular day to be entitled to practise as a medical practitioner in this State, his or her accreditation is revoked with effect from that day.
>
> > (2) A person whose accreditation is revoked under [subsection (1)](#GS77FA@Gs1@EN) may apply for accreditation if he or she subsequently becomes entitled to practise as a medical practitioner in this State.
