### 77FA Revocation of accreditation on ceasing to be registered > [*\[Section 77FA Inserted by No. 42 of 2007, s. 23, Applied:31 Oct 2007\]*](/view/html/inforce/2007-10-31/act-2007-042#GS23@EN) > > > (1)  If an accredited medical practitioner ceases on a particular day to be entitled to practise as a medical practitioner in this State, his or her accreditation is revoked with effect from that day. > > > (2)  A person whose accreditation is revoked under [subsection (1)](#GS77FA@Gs1@EN) may apply for accreditation if he or she subsequently becomes entitled to practise as a medical practitioner in this State.
